Make sure you keep ready your educational evaluation which proves that your education is equal to American M.S/M.B.A and your entire experience letters which say you worked for 5+ years for described job duties in case of RFE (You can't claim experience earned with the empolyer which is filing your PERM.)

Hi
My wife need to travel to india urgently. Our visa/I94 expired in Oct. We already applied 485 and is pending.
1) Will there be any issue at airpot as I94 is expired.A xerox copy of 485 receipt is sufficient.
2) Does she need to travel any path in this case( I heard thru London is issue if visa is expired.France/Amsterdam Etcc..)

The same thing happened to my wife's I-129 petition on 4/26. Don't know what it is for.

The term permanent does not mean forever; after you apply AC21 and inform USCIS regarding your intent to change employer you can stop worrying about working for the gc sponsored employer.
But if you stick with your gc sponsored employer till you get your green card; then you cannot use AC21. It is not clear as to how long you need to work for the gc sponsored employer. Most of the lawyers say 1 year is a good time to change employer after getting gc but there is no law binding on such things.

Hi,
I have applied for Canadian PR (AINP) and would like to know after getting canadian PR,will it possible for H4 and H1 person to work for Canada based company by staying in US or not?
I think I am not impacting US labor or anything. I will be working for Canadian company from US. I will be getting Salary / Tax deduction in Canada.

The usage for Eb4(religious worker)+Eb5(investment) for 2008 was 3699.
These two categories are undersubscribed so the real spill over impact is closer to 3699. (which might bump up Eb2 india by 1 month more than otherwise.)

<blank> for given_name as in passport or,
<FNU> for given_name as in visa stamp or,
<First_name> for given_name the way we want ?.
Please explain. When we go for FP, the names on the application forms must match the names on the passports, right ?.

I look at this image and find no main point of interest, my eye is left to simply rome around the image and is not driven to "the" subject matter.
I had a quick play.... a slight rotate, crop and clone to come up with this...

The diagonal line leads you in from the rear to the main flower, while the same happens from the front. You could play with the DOF of this image also (either in camera of PS) as narrow DOF would help draw attention to main subject flower of your choice, eg:.....

Also, the eye will naturally fall to the brightest part of an image, so all background flowers that may have distracted from subject flower have been cloned out.

It says India took a total of 41254 visas, but if you total the columns including family pref it comes to 32030. What am I missing?? Anyway how does it matter...

My EB2 labor was filled (different company) as Software Engineer (Level III)
When you say Level III, are you referring the to the Wage level? My EB3 was under 15-1031.00. Now with the same company, If I have to do EB2, can it be in the same category? The only other relevant category I see is:
15-1032.00 - Computer Software Engineers, Systems Software
Also, my understanding is that when you do the prevailing wage determination, the MS+1 will be lesser than MS+1 or BS+5, but both of them qualify for EB2. Thoughts anyone?
