If you are buying a new construction home from builder go with an agent the builder will pay 3% commission to the agent usually and you can get some $$ back from agent

I know a friend in the exact same boat.. A very big multi-national co. with more than 10K employees.. they are even revoking his EB3 that was filed in 2004.. It's not USCIS rule.. it's just some employers being strict with their internal rules..
Unless you work for a big company with lots of benefits.. time to get EB3 filed.. and then bolt the first chance you get..

I am never happy with my footer and still am not happy with it; I wish kirupa allowed music because transition effect like the ones in my footer went to a techno track but I took it out before I published it :*(, so I will most likely update it later today and a totally maxed out version on monday. By then I should have my intro done, ya know, for certain people to view a sneek peek message me on AIM.

My documents will reach attorney on Monday and he promised to file before July4.
Good lawyer...mine is taking 6-7 business days after submission atleast. Though, I did not fill any forms, I filled a questionairre and she will use that to fill the forms, that might delay things a little.

Myself and my wife were discussing on this and there are also some contradicting results from the vaccine.So a vaccine no long enough in the market , whose resukts not yet agreed completely by all the doctors shud not be mandated for anyone ,not just immigrants.

I'm trying to figure out the reasoning behind Mexico's numbers as well. According to the latest cut-off date tables http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/EmploymentDemandUsedForCutOffDates.pdf
Mexico has about 5,800 folks total for EB-3 in the queue so far, but we have seen very little movement in the past years. My questions to the forum:
1) Is the slow movement due to so many cases in field offices not yet reported?
2) Do family-based numbers take away from the 7% of 140K visas a year or are these solely for EB?
3) Any idea why movement is so slow for Mexico given the numbers of people currently in the queue?
Theories are welcome.

As I see it, the 7% cap is nothing but a clear case of affirmative action on a global scale. Republicans would definitely support removing this cap if the debate was framed in this angle rather than to give relief to any particular country. Relief is to the business's in the US - the freedom for them to hire the best in the world not to forced in to affirmative action due to quotas in high skilled immigration.

Great idea. But make sure the replies you send are appropriate to the questions. I think those who add that to their signature should be more careful in avoiding jokes or vain words so that others don't take it (signature) lightly.

The Labor is of no use to you, except to feel secure that they indeed applied for your Labor. But since you have already applied for your 485 and have an RD, it is obvious there was a labor and that is all you really need.
Since you have already applied for 485, a 140 copy would be pretty much useless too. I would not sweat it out.
For AC21, it is better to have a 485 receipt copy. Make sure you get that. You will also need it if you travel outside the US before your AP arrives.

Please reach out to your friends in times of difficulty....the world is not going to end if you don't have a job OR if you there are delays in getting your GC..the world is a wonderful place and still full of opportunity - to add value, to help others etc...you may need to reach out to your friends for help to find your calling or the next opportunity....please don't be desperate....and please ask for help. we all have so many things to be happy and thankful for...

A while ago on one of the conference calls, if i remember correctly, it was mentioned that there wud be a team of ppl who would be aggressively calling up people and ask them to join.
First off am i correct? If i am correct, I was wondering if the same team could look at the contributions from the various members and call the "dormant" members up and ask them why they are apprehensive to contribute.

Since we got conflicting/confusing answers we went to San Diego, parked our car at the border, walked across the border and walked back in with a new I-94. It was an easy process and took about an hour.

All they need to do is add "text message" functionality and a new Cascaded Style Sheet.

Information that is written clearly and meets the needs of our customers.
It is pretty vague. They may just make some cosmetic changes for the existing website. I dont see anything new here. I hope they prove me wrong!
